Professional Experience

Mr. DeBlois practices Commercial Law and civil litigation.

He is a lawyer for DeBlois et Associés, Barristers and Solicitors, L.L.P. in Quebec City since 2006.

At this point, he mainly focuses on commercial transactions, especially for business acquisition and reorganization, and fiscal and estate planning.

Within the scope of his fields of action, he has to give strategic advices to his clients on organizing and realizing stock and real estate securities. 

Mr. DeBlois also acts as a legal advisor to help his clients in bankruptcy and insolvency situations.

Professional and Communal Activities

Based on his skills and experience, Mr. DeBlois was recommended as the secretary of the Conseil des Gouverneurs des Parcs Industriels de la Région de Québec.
